Very good selection of products, however staff don't always go out of their way to help. Lowe's Companies, Inc. is an American company that operates a chain of retail home improvement and appliance stores in the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Spent 35,000.00 on a kitchen remodel with Lowes and it has been a nightmare from the beginning.
Needless to say find your own contractor to do the work. We were ripped off and I have found multiple mistakes. It has already taken 3 months to complete. The installation team is to call you to let you know what's going on and every time they have called me was to ask me what's going on. I felt like I had to do most of the scheduling with the contractor. Everything was good planning the remodel but once I paid for it everything went down hill.

Before tonight Lowes was my favorite place to go. I always got what I need until today, when I actually needed help. I visited Lowes a few weeks ago to purchase a grill. I stood in the lawn & garden sections by the grills for about minutes as I watched a employee name Phillip pass me at least 5 or 6 times like I wasn't there. So I left with the thought of maybe this is not his area and he couldn't be any much help... Tonight I went in looking to purchased that same grill and employee Phillip was there again.

It was a repeat from the first time but this time after 10 minutes of standing there a elderly couple, father and son, and two guys entered the lawn & garden section looking at grills around me. Phillip wheeling a cart of products stops at least ten feet away from me and turns around and asked each set of people if they needed help, grabs his cart and passes me up...AGAIN. Asked for a supervisor to help me and told her the situation. She didn't seem interested to hear my complaint about the way I was treated by one of her employees AT ALL. Racism is still alive and well and it's knocking on our back door.
